Former Chief Product Officer succeeds Founder Khalid Raza, advancing Graphiant’s vision for AI-ready networking.
SAN JOSE, Calif. – October 27, 2025 – Graphiant, a provider of secure multi-cloud and AI networking services, today announced the appointment of Ali Shaikh as its new Chief Executive Officer. Shaikh succeeds Founder Khalid Raza, who will remain an active member of the Board of Directors and assume the role of President& Chief Strategy Officer, leading Graphiant’s global and Middle East expansion efforts.
As Chief Product Officer, Shaikh was instrumental in advancing Graphiant’s sovereign AI networking capabilities and expanding its service portfolio across enterprise, telecom, and government sectors. His leadership helped position Graphiant as a trusted partner for data assurance, real-time security, and sovereign AI infrastructure.

As CEO, he will accelerate Graphiant’s platform adoption, grow strategic partnerships, and advance sovereign networking capabilities.
As President & Chief Strategy Officer, Khalid Raza will lead Graphiant’s global strategy, initially focusing on strengthening the company’s presence in the GCC countries. In addition, he will continue working closely with strategic accounts globally, including key U.S. enterprises, to further expand Graphiant’s networking platform worldwide. Khalid will spearhead new partnerships with investors and service providers to accelerate the adoption of Graphiant’s sovereign AI networking platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Vinay Prabhu takes over as Chief Product Officer, joining Arsalan Khan (Chief Security Officer), Khalid Raza, and Ali Shaikh as members of Graphiant’s executive team.
